For COS to deliver exactly what you want, please take a few minutes to create your “Client Profile”.
In your CLIENT PROFILE, in addition to inputting your corporation’s or association’s information, you will select: your preferences as to the presentation of all your reports, how many signature lines on your checks, and the form of presentation and date required for your Financial Statements (monthly, YTD, etc). Some fields have a dropdown menu to select from, based on most common options, however, you can customize as required.
Once the CLIENT PROFILE is completed, COS office will be notified and will register the account with your choices. You will receive confirmation that your choices have been registered, and your account is then active. Your CLIENT PROFILE page will then show a summary of all your choices.
At any time you can review and edit your CLIENT PROFILE.
